Woodstar Partners was established by former Big Four professionals who wanted to deliver audit differently: large-firm technical expertise with the responsiveness and partner access of a boutique.

Woodstar Partners Ltd is the United Kingdom firm. We are registered as auditors in the United Kingdom by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and carry out statutory audits under the Companies Act 2006, International Standards on Auditing (UK) and the FRC Ethical Standard. Every engagement is led by a Responsible Individual authorised to sign UK audit reports.

Statutory audits of UK subsidiaries designed around the group, not around the local file. We report to group auditors as component auditor under ISA (UK) 600, prepare group-ready reporting packages, align UK GAAP with IFRS or US GAAP group accounting, and keep subsidiary and group leadership on the same page.

Group audits led from the UK

Where the UK company is the parent, we act as group auditor: group instructions, component auditor oversight, consolidation review and a single point of accountability for the group opinion.
